Lomat Inc. (“Lomat”) respects your privacy, and we are committed to protecting your personal data through our compliance with this Policy. The Policy describes the types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you, download, install, register with, access, or use the Lomat Website (the “Website”), as well as our practices for using, maintaining, protecting, and sharing that information.  


The Policy applies to all Lomat Website users. This Policy applies whether you access the Website through a browser, mobile device, or any other method.  

This Website is intended to be used in the United States of America. The Website is not intended for children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. Specifically, as of June 30, 2022, Lomat’s Website may contain pixels and scripts from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok,, Google Ads, Google Remarketing, and Google Analytics.  To the extent Lomat uses analytics to track data described above, it has disabled such tracking within the European Economic Area.  We use this information to recognize you, to speed up your searches, to present the Website to you, and to provide

The technologies we use for automatic information collection may include:

  • A cookie is a small file placed on your smartphone. It may be possible to refuse to accept mobile cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your smartphone. Google AdWords Remarketing

We use Google AdWords Remarketing to advertise Lomat across the Internet, in particular on the Google Display Network.  AdWords remarketing will display ads to you based on what parts of Lomat’s Website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your web browser.  This cookie does not in any way identify you or give access to your computer or mobile device.  Google AdWords Remarketing allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you.  If you do not wish to see ads from Lomat, you can opt out in several ways:

Do Not Track Signals

  • To complete DOT Compliance, Background Check Screening, drug/alcohol screening required by DOT, and payment processing;

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as taxes, accounting, DOT or other legal requirements). No purpose in this Policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 10 years.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
